IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

* The Women’s Health – Athena All Women’s Run is open to women aged 16 years old and above.
* Only women are allowed to join the race.
* Girls below 16 years old may register, as long as they are accompanied on race day by a registered female adult running in the same category.
* Registration may end earlier than announced deadline therefore, race kits may run out before March 15,2011.
* A valid ID must be presented upon registration. For group registration, a photocopy of any valid ID must be presented by the representative.
* To win (in all categories) and qualify for the finisher’s bracelet (for 5k and 10k registrants), the participant must be wearing the official race singlet upon crossing the finish line.
* Singlet size availability will be on a first come first served basis.
* A disposable timing device called a “D-tag” will be used by all participants during the race.
* Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers of each category(3k, 5k, 10k).
* Finisher’s Certificates will be given to all finishers.
* Finisher’s Bracelets wil be given to all those who will finish the 5k and 10k distances

The Best Scramble in Town : Manila Scramble!

Been craving for the original taste of scramble since college. Good thing they thought of franchising scramble, one of Pinoy's favorite street food.

A lot of franchise came out offering scramble as their product and since I'm craving for scramble I thought of having a cup each time I see one at the malls. What I noticed is the difference of taste from different scramble franchise.

If you want the real, traditional taste of Manong's scramble, I recommend that you should go for Manila Scramble! I hope there's Manila Scramble in every mall or street. :) They have the best ingredients and taste.

Soft skin you want? Start to Moisturize!

I've always wanted to have fair light skin as being advertised by different products in the market. I asked my very fair model friend, Ate Apple, what's the best stuff to try to get the fair skin I want. To my surprise, she advised me not to ask for the fair skin and love my 'morena' skin tone and start to moisturize!

She actually gave me some products I should try to moisturize my skin.

Olay Moisturizing Cream (for those who doesn't care much about spending)




Johnson's Milk Bath (I use this one and it costs less!)


I use Johnson's Milk Bath everyday and it really moisturize and makes my skin soft! I don't just use milk bath alone. You may use Olay Moisturizing cream or these lotions that I personally use with really satisfying moisturizing effects:




Skin So Soft Moisturizing Lotion by AVON. I had this one as a bithday gift from my bf's mom.. :)




Body and Works Brown Sugar and Fig Body Lotion. I like the scent, very sweet. And really a good partner for Johnson's Milk Bath. Got mine from my Tito from Canada.

You shouldn't miss trying out these products, I personally used these products and they are really satisfying! :) Start to have your soft moisturized skin! :)

Want Black? Noir Art Shop is for YOU!

I love black stuff from shirts, bags, nail polish and other stuff you can name of. And its really a good find to finally see this simple yet very eye-catching boutique, the Noir Art Shop. Obviously from its name "noir" pronounced as "nwa(r)" a French word for Black, its merchandise are black products and silver jewelries. I would recommend this shop for emo peeps out there (black earrings or stuff for piercings, rings, etc), lolitas (they have black ribbons and gloves), and anyone who loves black! :) You can actually find different things aside from the items mentioned above: they have red lip gloss, clips, spiral pony tails, bags, perfumes, etc.

I really got interested with their perfumes! They have 'Sweet Memories' and 'Sweetie' (all contains my name!) And they really smell good! Also, the fragrance lasts for hours, or a day perhaps if you won't wash it. :) I really like Sweetie, smells like candy! I will surely buy one!

My grandma got a good find from this shop worth 120Php!



And of course, I also got one for myself for 320Php!



I'm not sure if they have other boutiques in malls around Manila. But you can also visit their boutique at Robinsons Place Dasmarinas (where I found them) near Wood Furniture shop. They have this eye catching black and blue light ambiance. Il just edit this post sometime to add a picture of their boutique.
